Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Processing time
Orders ship within 3 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping costs
Orders of $50 or more ship free. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at mail@purpleprimer.us and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right. See our Refund policy for details.
