Refund policy

Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund. To receive a refund, the item must be sent back to us. To start a return, email mail@purpleprimer.us with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the refund.

Fit Guarantee
If something you bought from us doesn't fit or work with your equipment, contact us and we'll make it right.

Charger clips: The Schmidt Rubin family spans many models, and individual rifles can have their own quirks. If your clips don't fit or work properly in your rifle, choose the option that works best for you:

• Replacement clips: We'll adjust the design to work with your rifle, while keeping it compatible with standard rifles, and send you new clips. You don't need to send the original clips back.
• Refund: Send the clips back within 30 days of receiving them, as described under Returns above.

Die holders: Our die holders are built around the standard 7/8-14 reloading die. If yours doesn't work with your dies, send it back within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, as described under Returns above.

Toolhead stands: Our toolhead stands are built around Dillon toolheads. If yours doesn't work with your toolhead, send it back within 30 days of receiving it for a refund, as described under Returns above.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different color or version, the fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
